Volunteer Opportunity: Shape your chapter's future as Programs Chair!

Programs is a fantastic position for a member looking to get more involved in the PNW design community and to have a hand in shaping the curriculum and subject matter that our chapter is exposed to! You will be able to get to know the majority of Puget Sound chapter members through meeting attendance.

Perks of this position are high level exposure and involvement in all chapter happenings and with National NKBA, supporting all other positions and working together with them to achieve high level of success and relevance for the chapter overall.  You will be introduced and have the chance to work with a wide array of industry professionals plus get the inside scoop on fantastic venues throughout the Seattle area.  You'll coordinate with sponsors to get maximum attendance and exposure to their showroom or space.

You will be able to attend KBIS fully paid for by National NKBA and will receive training for the position at the show.

This position can be as "front and center" as you'd like it to be. This position is slated for one person but a co-chair (that can assume the role of chair at the end of term) is highly recommended.  It's also recommended that there are committees for Product Showcase/Big speaker and Holiday Party. It is a lot of work but with organized delegation, it can be extremely rewarding and manageable!

Email our current Programs Chair with your interest and questions!
